Our history

The company was established in 2010 as Norwood Consults and was rebranded in 2018 as HR Quest Global Consulting Limited. Our team is made up of seasoned professionals with vast experience in HR Strategy, Talent Management, Human Capital development and Organizational Development from various multinationals across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Our consultants remain at the cutting edge of their specialist areas by keeping abreast of current industry and market trends at the national, regional and global levels.

Our Approach



This is the first phase of the model which can be referred to as the diagnostic phase or the needs analysis phase where we engage with our clients to confirm understanding of the need, the client’s objectives, scope of work, expected deliverables and proffer solutions based on our understanding.



This second phase of the model is the solution development stage where we translate our understanding of your needs into a workable solution that will address the identified needs. At this stage the solution, framework and methodology are agreed with the client before deployment 



The third stage of the model is the implementation stage where the agreed solution is deployed at agreed site with client or an HR Quest’s recommended site.



The final stage of the model is the evaluation and reporting stage. Evaluation is a very important aspect of any Human Resource solution or training as it is used to measure success. In line with HR Quest’s commitment to delivering quality service to its clients, assessments will be conducted at the end of the project/training and a report is given to the client.
